A double-skinned stainless steel hood, complete with a built-in viewing window and thermometer, allows for precise temperature control without interrupting the cooking process. Designed with ease of use in mind, it features independent jet flame ignition for reliable start-up, a fold-away warming rack to keep food ready to serve, and colour-changing LED control knobs for clear, at-a-glance operation. DUAL PLATE SYSTEM

The Dual Plate System is a patented innovation designed to overcome the common challenges of traditional barbecuing, such as flare-ups and uneven heat distribution. Featuring a dual layer of porcelain-coated cast iron grills, the system captures fats and juices during cooking and channels them away from the flames. This prevents flare-ups that can burn food and compromise flavour, while also creating a cleaner, more controlled cooking environment. The result is healthier, more evenly cooked food with enhanced flavour and consistently reliable results every time you grill.
